Extracting 2D & 3D images from your virtual tour

A virtual tour is the most immersive way to let guests view your property or venue. But did you know high-quality 2D & 3D imagery can be extracted from a virtual tour at no extra cost?

How do I download the 2D & 3D images from my virtual tour?

It all depends on who is hosting your virtual tour. Below, we will discuss both Self and externally hosted options.

1. Self-Hosted Virtual Tour: If you host your virtual tour, you will need to follow the video instructions below. Don’t worry; it is not too difficult, just a little time-consuming.

Once you have taken all the photographs you like on your virtual tour, you will need to download those images on your PC or mobile device. Please refer to the video below on exactly how to do this.

2. Externally Hosted Virtual Tour. If your virtual tour hosting is taken care of by a company such as 360 Stockport, they can provide you with all these images free of charge.

If they want to charge you for this service, it may be time to find a new provider.

How can I use the images?

2D imagery can be used anywhere you like. Across all social media platforms, your website & print materials.

3D imagery is a little more complex, but the most accessible place to share this type of content is via Facebook. Facebook will automatically convert your panorama into a fully interactive 3D image that users can explore on mobile and desktop computers.
